Seasonal & One-Offs

Cranky Zestive - Cran-Orange ESB | 4.3% | 22 IBU

This extra special bitter is our holiday release and has been released annually. The additions of cranberries and orange peel add a holiday accent to this classic English style of Ale. Clean, crisp and dry with a hint of citrus and cranberry, pairs well with sitting aside a roaring fire enjoying your time off.

GuInnO'Cente - Dry Irish Stout | 4.8 | Dunno

Rich and creamy, distinctively black and velvety smooth in its finish; our take on this iconic beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter, as the malt arrives on cue to complement a base of roasted barley, oats and Canadian two-row barley. Just as the unmistakable white head sits flush atop the dark beer, so do the flavours counter and combine perfectly. We didn't sign a 9000-year lease for our brewery location, but that doesn't mean we can't take on the famous dry Irish stout, with a Waterloo Region twist. We think we've bested it in every way. Is it our greatest innovation? Nah. Unique? Not really. Perfectly balanced? You bet.
