GuInnO'Cente - Dry Irish Stout | 4.8 | Dunno

Rich and creamy, distinctively black and velvety smooth in its finish; our take on this iconic beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter, as the malt arrives on cue to complement a base of roasted barley, oats and Canadian two-row barley. Just as the unmistakable white head sits flush atop the dark beer, so do the flavours counter and combine perfectly. We didn't sign a 9000-year lease for our brewery location, but that doesn't mean we can't take on the famous dry Irish stout, with a Waterloo Region twist. We think we've bested it in every way. Is it our greatest innovation? Nah. Unique? Not really. Perfectly balanced? You bet.

HODL: The Bitcoin Beer - Blonde/Pale Ale | 5.5 | 25

Although a child of the 1970s, Centennial was first released in the 90s. Centennial’s aroma profile is characterized by strong citrus, aromatic pine and soft floral notes. They have become one of the most widely utilized hops for American-style pale ales and IPAs. The Centennial hops used here were grown just West of Tavistock, Ontario by the Bartlett and Wynette families at the Tavistock Hop Company. The unique terroir of the Tavistock Hop Co farm accentuates the citrus and tropical fruit notes of Centennial. Innocente: Hodl is our first beer designed to raise awareness of Bitcoin and to celebrate the Bitcoin community. Why Bitcoin, you ask? Because security and sovereignty of your finances equals freedom. Hodl pale ale comes in at 5.5% ABV and 25 IBU, and is crisp and flavourful with lemon, floral and grassy notes from the local Centennial hops, as well as hints of pineapple, cherry and mango. Pairs well with spring weather, freedom, stacking sats and just about anything else. Just like Bitcoin, Innocente: Hodl can help calm the coming financial storm.
